Prospect Wines has launched Prospect Gold, a program which rewards our regular customers.
Membership is free. As a Gold member you will earn points each time you shop at any Prospect
Wines shop. PLUS you will get the opportunity to take advantage of exclusive club deals and
offers.
How to join
- You can only join by visiting one of our shops. Membership is not currently available
to internet customers.
- Simply complete the basic application form in store and get your card on the spot.
- Membership is FREE.
Earning Gold Points
- You accrue one point per dollar spent on all purchases including sale items at any
Prospect Wines shop. Currently purchases over the internet do not qualify.
- Bonus points offers will be available on selected products for nominated periods.
You will normally be advised by email of these Bonus Point Promotions.
- A statement of your points will be sent to you by email on a regular basis.
Redeeming Gold Points
- You will be asked to nominate a Prospect Wines shop as your 'home' store.
You can only redeem points at your home store.
- You will require a minimum of 400 points to make your initial redemption.
- Redemptions are based on a 5% reward, ie if you have 400 points you can spend $20 free.
- You can top up points with cash to make a redemption.
- You can redeem points for any item in the store.
Fundraising with the Prospect Gold Card

- Our standard card accrues points only for the card holder and each card has a unique
membership number.
- For sporting clubs, social groups, schools and service clubs we can offer you a Gold
Club card which accrues points for the club not the individual.
- We will provide a card for each of your members with each card having the same
membership number.
- Every purchase made by one of your members who shows the Gold Club card will accrue
points for your club. Club cards earn one point per dollar spent.
- Club points can only be earned and redeemed at the home store.
- Redeeming Club Gold points can be up to 10%. Conditions apply. See instore for details.
- Your members are entitled to all our normal retail offers and discounts, but they can
not also accrue points at the same time on their own Gold card.
- A great way to make money; the more your members spend the more profit you make.

Prospect Gold Terms and Conditions
- Membership is free. It is for your exclusive use and is not transferable.
- The card is not a credit or charge card.
- Prospect Wines reserves the right to modify the privileges or rewards at any time.
- All communication with members is done by email; you must provide a valid email address.
We accept no responsibility for failed communications with you if you change your email
address, or your web server or virus protection software reject our emails or attachments.
- Your points do not expire as long as you keep using the card. Any membership which has
no activity for six months, the points expire.
- Prospect Wines will not sell, loan or give to any third parties any members details.
- Prospect Gold points are not available in conjunction with fundraising group discounts.
